Agreed that 2005 didn’t have the ENDGAME feel that all this does, but the infighting, locker room dissent and the contract squabbles feel awkwardly familiar. And really, who wouldn’t hate a report about a shouting match in the weight room or punches thrown in an offensive meeting?

Agreed that this is not going to be fun at all. I like these guys (especially McNabb). This isn’t going to be cool.

I sort of chalked up 2005 to injuries and bad luck. This just feels different, like the (bad) end of an (overall very good, almost great) era.

The next few weeks of QB quagmire are not going to be much fun at all.

Let’s see…locker room dysfunction, a banged up Westbrook, a humiliated Donovan McNabb, rumblings that the locker room is divided/ pissed at management, yup, this is the 6-10 2005 team.

It certainly is starting to feel that way. Such a depressing season.
The hopes and expectations got set so high by the first 3 games, man…
